By using this easy to follow guide, you will be able to add Eureka Schools to your SIMS FMS system and more effectively manage your quotes and order process. Step 1 – Log In or Register For An Account
Please log in to your online account to begin adding SIMS FMS. If you do not have an online account, then you can create one HERE.
Step 2 – Click the Capita SIMS FMS Integration Option
Step 3 – Add Your DUNS Number and Choose A Username & Password
If you do not know your DUNS number, then you can search for it HERE. Add a Username and Password which you will need to use during your ‘Adding an eProcurement Web Service’ process in your Capita SIMS FMS system. You will also need to copy the Web Service URL as this is a requirement for the setting up process.
Step 4 – Add Eureka4Schools as a Supplier in SIMS FMS
Add Eureka! Direct as a supplier. Our details can be found in the screenshot below.
Step 5 – Add the eProcurement Web Service
Go to Tools / eProcurement Settings in your SIMS FMS. Select the new Supplier you just created and enter the URL, Username and Password that you saved in the Capita SIMS FMS Integration section of our website.
Step 6 – Enjoy Simpler Order Management
You’re now set to go! Simply select the Capita SIMS FMS payment option at the checkout to generate the quote for approval.
